Natalie Jesionka is the Founder of Global Elective, a travel brand that provides access, opportunities, and sustainable fashion to inspire ethical travelers to get out in the world. She penned the column “Travel Mirror” for The Daily Muse, focusing on best practices in volunteering and international development. She serves as the Editor of Shatter the Looking Glass, an online magazine that focuses on ethical travel. In 2014 she was awarded the Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans to further her research in counter-trafficking efforts around the world.
